Public Auctions Made Easier
The new Public Auctions Act introduces key changes to the auction process, particularly in real estate transactions. Notably, ownership will automatically transfer after completion of the sale and Real Estate Register registration. The Act also encourages digitalization through a Central Public Auction Register, improving transparency.
