"Trends and hot topics in Real Estate – round tables"

On 5 June 2025 (1115 - 1200), Martin Holler, member of IBA Real Estate Section Advisory Board will participate in this session at the 15th IBA Annual Real Estate Investments Conference in London together with other speakers.

Join them for a lively, interactive debate about recent and hot topics and trends in the real estate markets. The topics for the tables are as follows:

3. Short-term rentals which are continuing to rise.
