Marie Zámečníková als Referentin in Düsseldorf
Unsere Kollegin Marie Zámečníková, Senior Associate bei Giese & Partner, nimmt an der wissenschaftlichen Tagung „Namensverfassungsrecht“ teil, die am 19. Juni 2026 im Haus der Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf stattfindet.
Marie wird dort einen Fachvortrag zum Thema „Das tschechische Namensverfassungsrecht“ halten. Im Rahmen ihres Beitrags widmet sie sich den verfassungsrechtlichen Grundlagen des Namensrechts in der Tschechischen Republik und beleuchtet insbesondere dessen Bedeutung für die rechtliche Identität sowie aktuelle Entwicklungen im Spannungsfeld von nationalem Recht und europäischen Einflüssen.
Die Tagung bringt renommierte Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler aus verschiedenen Rechtsordnungen zusammen und bietet eine vergleichende Perspektive auf das Namensrecht, einschließlich Deutschland, Österreich, Italien, den USA sowie europarechtlicher Aspekte.
