Michael Mack - Neuer Rechtsanwalt in Team
Wir freuen uns sehr, bekannt zu geben, dass Michael Mack sein Anwaltsexamen erfolgreich bestanden hat und nun als Rechtsanwalt in die Tschechische Rechtsanwaltskammer eingetragen wurde.
Michael begann seine Tätigkeit in unserem Prager Büro im Jahr 2020 als Paralegal. Nach seinem Abschluss an der Juristischen Fakultät der Karls-Universität Prag im Jahr 2023 setzte er seine berufliche Laufbahn bei Giese & Partner als Konzipient fort. Umso mehr freuen wir uns, dass er seine Karriere nun als Associate in unserer Kanzlei fortführt.
Michael ist ein geschätztes Mitglied unseres Teams. Während seiner Tätigkeit bei Giese & Partner war er an einer Vielzahl nationaler und grenzüberschreitender Mandate beteiligt und konnte umfassende Erfahrungen in Finanzierungstransaktionen sowie im Bereich M&A sammeln. Darüber hinaus berät er unsere Mandanten regelmäßig bei Projekten im Immobilienrecht und in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten.
