Michael Mack - Our New Associate

We are delighted to announce that Michael Mack has successfully passed his bar exam and is now fully admitted to the Czech Bar Association as an attorney-at-law. 
 
Michael joined our Prague office as a paralegal in 2020 and, following his graduation from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2023, continued his professional development with Giese & Partner as a junior lawyer. We are pleased that he will now continue his career with our firm as an associate. 
 
Michael is a highly valued member of our team. Throughout his years with the firm, he has been involved in a wide range of domestic and cross-border matters and has gained significant experience in financing transactions and M&A. He also regularly advises clients on real estate law projects and corporate law.
