Martin Holler als Referent: Anwaltsfehler – und wie man sie vermeiden kann
Um Anwaltsfehler im Zivil- und Zivilverfahrensrecht drehte sich eine Veranstaltung des deutschen Nationalkomitees der UIA am 13.5.2024 in Hamburg. Sieben erfahrene Praktiker stellten fachliche Fehler im Bereich des Zivil- und Zivilverfahrensrechts vor, die sie im Laufe ihrer Karriere gemacht haben, und erläuterten, wie man es hätte besser machen können.
Martin Holler hat im Rahmen der Tagung zum Thema "What happens in Prague, stays in Prague. Kommunikation mit Mandanten über anwaltliche Fehler" referiert.
