Ondřej Rathouský is head of the litigation team at Giese & Partner with more than 20 year experience in this field. He also has a strong expertise in arbitration and insolvency. Ondřej regularly appears in court proceedings representing local as well as foreign clients whereas he achieved one of the most significant triumphs when his litigation team succeeded before Czech Constitutional Court in 2022. Ondřej also represents clients in the proceeding before the European Court of Human Rights.
