Marie Zámečníková is a senior associate at Giese & Partner advising mainly on cross-border contract negotiations and insolvency and restructuring issues. She also focuses on current public law issues and frequently comments on various parliamentary and public issues in the Czech Republic. Marie is also deeply involved in academic research as an assistant professor at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
