Porušení dohody o “konkurenční činnosti zaměstnance” a okamžité zrušení pracovního poměru
Může dát zaměstnavatel zaměstnanci souhlas s vykonáváním konkurenční činnosti s omezeními sjednanými v dohodě? A jaké může mít důsledky porušení sjednaných omezení?
