Law - Made in Germany Symposium 2024 in Prague

On October 10, 2024, our colleague Ondřej Rathouský will paticipate as speaker on the occasion of the Law - Made in Germany Symposium 2024 in Prague and will speak about difficulties in enforcing foreign arbitration awards.

The event has been co-organised by the DAV-Czech Republic chaired by Dr. Ernst Giese, partner of Giese & Partner.
Dr. Giese will briefly introduce the initiative Law - Made in Germany at the opening of the symposium.

..."The DAV is committed to the competitiveness of German law. The initiative “Law – Made in Germany" (LMiG) advertises the benefits of German law as part of European codification law: legal certainty, predictability, affordability and enforceability. The goal is to position the German legal system in international commercial law on the global playing-field. Decision-makers in companies and commercial associations are being addressed, as well as internationally active lawyers, who are confronted with questions regarding the choice of law in their daily practice."...
