Jak správně ukončit pracovní poměr vrcholových vedoucích zaměstnanců
Úvodem je třeba definovat, o jakých pozicích tento příspěvek pojednává. Jedná se totiž o specifickou skupinu vedoucích zaměstnanců zaměstnavatelů soukromé sféry, a to takových, kteří jsou v přímé řídící působnosti:
a. statutárního orgánu zaměstnavatele (v případě právnické osoby) či přímo zaměstnavatele (pokud je jím fyzická osoba)
b. vedoucího zaměstnance přímo podřízenému osobám pod písm. a. výše (tj. buď statutárnímu orgánu či zaměstnavateli),
za podmínky, že tomuto vedoucímu zaměstnanci je podřízen další „běžný“ vedoucí zaměstnanec (dále jen „vrcholový vedoucí zaměstnanec“). … Číst dále >>
