Giese & Partner Supported a Book Project on the Lobkowicz Palace
Giese & Partner supported a book project on the Lobkowicz Palace, the seat of the German Embassy in Prague. The high-quality book “Das Palais Lobkowicz - Das Prager Tor zur Freiheit (Lobkowicz Palace - Prague’s Gateway to Freedom)”, which vividly describes the history of the palace and its significance as the seat of the embassy, has been published in German and Czech.

Změny zápisu zástavního práva do katastru nemovitostí už nejsou tabu. ČÚZK mění dlouholetou praxi
V nedávné době vydal Český úřad zeměměřický a katastrální (ČÚZK) stanovisko ke změně zástavního práva a dalších věcných práv, kterým zcela změnil dosavadní metodiku katastrálních úřadů v otázce, zda lze provést vklad změny již zapsaného zástavního práva a otevřel cestu k zápisu změn existujících práv.
